Are there any fees on top of the subscription?
Only government fees where they exist, at cost, with receipts. Our processing is free.
What does 'fifth cycle' mean?
Doctors file four quarterly returns plus one annual return each year. We bill per filing cycle: four quarters plus the annual, so five cycles per year.
How do you compute the yearly savings?
Doctors are billed five cycles a year: four quarterly and one annual. On Train Smart, each quarterly cycle is ₱999 instead of ₱1,500 and the annual cycle is ₱2,999 instead of ₱5,000. That's ₱501 saved four times plus ₱2,001 on the annual cycle: ₱4,005 a year. On File Smart, you save ₱2,001 on all five cycles: ₱10,005 a year.
Is the 6 months free offer conditional?
No. Cancel at the end of 6 months and you'll have paid us nothing, and you keep your registration, books, and documents.

Group practices and training institutions can have special arrangements. Talk to us.
How do I pay?
Per filing cycle, five times a year, via the payment channels in the app. No long-term contract, no lock-in.
