Common questions
Is it really free? What's the catch?
There's no catch and no asterisk. The starter package and your first 6 months of filing are free. After 6 months, you continue on File Smart at ₱2,999 per quarter, or cancel and pay nothing. We invest in your start because we intend to earn your whole career.
Do I pay any government fees for the BIR registration?
No. Main clinic BIR registration has no government fees, and our processing, delivery, and out-of-pocket costs are all on us. You pay exactly ₱0.
What if I already started seeing patients without registering?
Talk to us as soon as possible. The earlier we regularize your registration, the smaller any penalties will be. We'll assess your situation for free and give you an honest picture before you commit.
How fast can I be registered?
It depends on your RDO's processing times, but most doctors have their complete kit, receipts, books, and prescription pads in hand within a few weeks. You can start seeing patients as soon as your registration is released.
Are the prescription pads and receipts reorderable?
Yes. The first batch is free; reorders are at close to printing cost through our accredited partners.
